Important instructions

• This site will be enhanced if an 800 x 600 pixels resolution is used on your screen.

• The majority of the forms and laws can be found in a PDF (Portable Document Format). To read them you must use the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. You may download it here.

• The forms that allow access and the possibility to enter the information directly may be printed in order to submit them to the pertinent entity. If you wish, you may print the form and use a typewriter to fill in the information.
  
  Note: Once you have filled in a form on the screen and you decide to close it, the information will be deleted, therefore for the subsequent printing of the form it must be filled in again.

• With the objective of maintaining an updated CD-ROM version of the Investor's Manual, available at the Direction of Regulatory Improvement (Procedures Simplification), periodic updates will be executed and they will be available in the section entitled Updating the Information.
